Wireless Logic is hiring a Network Support Engineer

About the Role

Provide expert-level technical support for wireless network systems, focusing on deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of LTE/5G, Starlink, and enterprise-grade networking hardware. You'll serve as the primary contact for global enterprise customers, resolving incidents from initiation to closure in alignment with service level agreements.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems for enterprise clients using remote troubleshooting methods
  • Install, configure, and maintain routers and wireless infrastructure, including Peplink and HP Aruba switching platforms
  • Support customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems, delivering clear technical explanations
  • Lead virtual testing sessions and coordinate with international colleagues across time zones
  • Document network setups and update technical resources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Participate in conference calls to address urgent network outages and performance issues

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of IP networking and routing protocols
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
  • Clear, professional communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated ownership of technical issues from start to resolution
  • Flexibility to work one of two shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
  • Critical thinking skills applied to technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications from Cisco or Juniper
  • Experience with Peplink, HP Aruba switches, or WiFi systems such as Extreme
  • Proficiency in Spanish
