About the Role

Ashby is hiring an Integrations Consultant - Americas to lead customer-facing engagements focused on complex technical projects for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations. You will advise on integration best practices, technical configurations, and partner with cross-functional teams to help customers achieve their business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Define, manage, and execute technical requirements for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations.
  • Work with customers of varying integration sophistication to advise on integration best practices and technical configurations.
  • Partner with a customer’s internal expert to determine how to best achieve their goals.
  • Use existing knowledge of integrations and integrated products to consult with customers, helping them get up and running swiftly.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Act as the customer’s proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation period, building strong relationships.
  • Navigate change management processes and help customers adapt to new systems and a refreshed approach.
  • Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve processes accordingly.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Act as the Workday SME in pre-sales conversations when needed.
  • Coach customers and help them grow.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday and other enterprise-grade HCM solutions like UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience defining work, aligning with stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results per agreed expectations.
  • Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations to meet specific requirements.
  • Experience in navigating change management processes.
  • Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies; technically curious and creative.
  • Consultative approach, advising customers on best practices specific to their software usage.
  • Innovative and principled, thinking critically to solve problems rather than relying on past patterns.
  • Proven experience in technical solution design and troubleshooting, specifically related to Workday integrations.
  • Adept at managing multiple simultaneous, multithreaded projects and prioritizing based on customer and business needs.
  • Data-driven, using metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Adaptable, able to navigate changes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Clear communication skills, able to ask clarifying questions with precision and distill complex concepts into simple themes.
  • Great listening skills, acting as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
  • Problem solver, thriving at solving complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Process-oriented, eager to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Detail oriented and technically proficient.
  • Love to coach and see teaching moments as opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Workday HCM certification.
  • Experience managing integrations with tools listed under Integrations on the Ashby Knowledge Base.
  • Located in the EST time zone.

Team & Environment

This role is the second member of the Integrations Consulting team within Ashby’s Customer Success organization, reporting to the Head of Professional Services.
