Zeely Inc. is hiring a User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) to scale our AI platform by launching and optimizing campaigns focused on user acquisition and funnel efficiency. Your primary goal is to ensure steady user growth through effective Google Ads strategies.
What You'll Do
- Launch and scale advertising campaigns in Google.
- Test new traffic sources, including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Analyze and track advertising campaign performance.
- Work closely with creative and design teams: suggest ideas for creatives and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously explore new approaches to user acquisition and run relevant experiments.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience working with subscription-based products (web or mobile).
- Proven track record of scaling traffic in Google and managing large-scale campaigns ($250,000+/month).
- Hands-on experience with the US market and Tier-1 countries.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Amplitude, and GA4.
- Strong understanding of core marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV) and ability to analyze and assess the impact of your actions on them.
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
- Ability to independently manage large budgets.
