Zeely Inc. is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind building and executing our growth strategy. You’ll have full autonomy over your funnels and make a direct impact on product growth and company revenue.

What You'll Do

Optimize the onboarding quiz funnel to increase user conversion.
Identify and implement new monetization strategies, expanding additional revenue streams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
Design, launch, and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
Explore and test new channels and communication approaches to improve user acquisition.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Manager or in a related role.
Hands-on experience with quiz funnels and monetization flows.
Proven track record of running and analyzing A/B tests.
Experience working with data analysis tools (Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.).
Understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition channels.
Solid experience working with subscription-based models.

Nice to Have

Experience with activation, payments, upsells, referral mechanics, cancellation flows, and user resurrection.
