Zeely Inc. is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind building and executing our growth strategy. You’ll have full autonomy over your funnels and make a direct impact on product growth and company revenue.
What You'll Do
- Optimize the onboarding quiz funnel to increase user conversion.
- Identify and implement new monetization strategies, expanding additional revenue streams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Design, launch, and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
- Explore and test new channels and communication approaches to improve user acquisition.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Manager or in a related role.
- Hands-on experience with quiz funnels and monetization flows.
- Proven track record of running and analyzing A/B tests.
- Experience working with data analysis tools (Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition channels.
- Solid experience working with subscription-based models.
Nice to Have
- Experience with activation, payments, upsells, referral mechanics, cancellation flows, and user resurrection.

You will join a team of over 90 specialists and report directly to the Head of Product Growth. The interview process includes a session with the Head of Product Growth.
