ZOE is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile Growth) to own and scale user acquisition strategies. You'll be accountable for optimizing the performance marketing funnel, setting strategy, running experiments, and ensuring channel effectiveness as the functional owner of paid growth channels.

What You'll Do

Define and manage strategic frameworks for audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding rules for paid acquisition channels (Meta, AppLovin, SDK networks) to maximize long-term ROAS.
Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and translate them into actionable briefs for Design and Content partners to direct the creative roadmap.
Design, manage, and execute the end-to-end experimentation pipeline across creatives, landing pages, and channel settings to generate actionable insights.
Conduct rigorous analysis of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) to diagnose performance shifts and revise acquisition strategies.
Identify friction points within the growth stack and propose improvements to measurement, reporting, and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

1.5 - 3 years of experience in user acquisition, consulting, product management, or a similar data-intensive, results-oriented field.
Comfortable operating within major ad platforms and highly proficient in analytics and attribution tools (Adjust/AppsFlyer, Mixpanel).
Proven ability to take a high-level strategic goal, break it down into an independent roadmap, and execute with a high degree of autonomy.
