About the Role

Huzzle's Client is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts for e-commerce and lead-generation clients. You will be a key player at our performance-marketing agency, leading client communications and collaborating with internal teams to drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, optimize, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts for e-commerce and lead-generation clients.
  • Maintain strong performance against CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
  • Conduct regular account audits to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead client calls, presenting actionable insights and clear performance updates.
  • Implement effective funnel strategies to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot GA4 tracking and Google Tag Manager tags to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Proactively recommend process improvements and contribute to the agency’s growth strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management.
  • Proven expertise in lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and conversion setup.
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical reporting skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to clients.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts independently and maintain consistent quality.
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for UK business-hour overlap (4–5 hours daily).
  • Personality fit: proactive, detail-oriented, transparent, and driven to improve systems and processes.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
