Construction & Property Group – UK is looking for a highly organized Insurance Account Manager to support our insurance operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process, from application to policy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, complete, and review insurance applications and ACORD forms with high attention to detail.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and manage the follow-up process to secure competitive rates.
- Generate and handle quotes using online insurance portals.
- Maintain organized records of all submissions, quotes, and policy documents.
- Assist in policy renewals, endorsements, and client updates as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting client needs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and insurance regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with ACORD forms, insurance applications, and quoting processes.
- Ability to use online insurance portals and communicate professionally with underwriters.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
