Tasks:
- Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow South European market
- Manage existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates
- Develop comprehensive business plans, deliver sales targets, and maintain comprehensive sales interaction tracking via internal CRM
- Source and coordinate request for information/proposals with prospects and internal teams
- Update and maintain sales materials for pitches, presentations, and meetings
- Prepare, manage, and follow up sales meetings and demonstrations
- Negotiate closing of new client deals and potential upsells
- Coordinate internally with Product teams and Partners, including sales handover and product feedback
- Represent company at third-party events and conferences, generating strategic leads
- Support partnership development with institutional consultants and technology providers
- Monitor competitive landscape
- Manage and contribute to marketing, PR, and external communication efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in institutional financial technology sales
- Strong interest in proactive commercial engagement and business development
- Passion for emerging technology aligned with market developments
- Deep interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and financial market digitization
- Fluency in English, Italian, and/or Spanish
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe
