Institutional Sales Specialist - LATAM
What You'll Do
Take ownership of expanding our institutional client base throughout Latin America by identifying and converting high-potential counterparties. You'll initiate and close relationships with funds, family offices, trading firms, DAOs, and high-net-worth investors, focusing on OTC and Prime services. From day one, you’ll leverage an established network to generate immediate deal flow.
Work hand-in-hand with the trading team to structure and execute large-volume transactions, ensuring competitive pricing and efficient settlement. Champion the full suite of platform capabilities—custody, execution, and financing—while maintaining consistent, high-volume outreach to prospects.
Ensure qualified leads move swiftly through onboarding by coordinating with compliance, operations, and client activation teams. Share actionable client feedback and market intelligence to shape product development and sales strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in institutional sales, trading, or sales trading at a financial firm, with direct exposure to digital assets, derivatives, FX, equities, or commodities
- Proven track record in OTC or voice-brokered trade execution and risk management
- Hands-on experience with electronic trading systems and familiarity with front-to-back trade workflows
- Active network of institutional contacts ready for OTC engagement
- Deep understanding of crypto markets and the behaviors that drive them
- Ability to generate qualified opportunities within two weeks of onboarding
- Self-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure
- Preference for candidates with prior institutional crypto sales or OTC desk experience
