As the AVP of Corporate Sales, you will lead enterprise-level sales efforts within the FinTech and financial services sectors, focusing on long-term client partnerships and revenue expansion. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential corporate prospects through strategic outreach and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with corporate decision-makers, particularly at the CXO level in Finance, HR, and Procurement functions.
- Design and implement a scalable acquisition strategy that ensures consistent pipeline growth and predictable sales performance.
- Manage a robust lead funnel with disciplined tracking, ensuring full compliance with CRM systems and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and partner channels to align go-to-market efforts.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and deliver actionable insights to strengthen market positioning.
- Provide regular input to leadership on customer needs, product enhancements, and opportunities to shorten the sales cycle.
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications
You bring at least six years of proven experience in corporate or institutional sales, ideally within financial technology or related services. You have a demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, close high-value deals, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools is essential. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a results-oriented mindset.
Work Environment
