We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on Lead Recovery, dedicated to reconnecting with past customers and converting lost opportunities back into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Re-engage past customers through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Build strong client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
- Convert lost opportunities into sales from technician invoices and sales proposals.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives and technicians.
- Master overcoming objections and gain a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up systematically.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an inside sales, lead recovery, or similar outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for phone, email, and text outreach.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on converting opportunities into revenue.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up.
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services.
- Experience using a CRM system to track customer interactions.
