MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a dedicated team supporting our strategic client, K2G.ai, an InsurTech company. In this role based in Bulgaria, you will be responsible for researching potential customers, driving new business growth, and developing long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Research potential customers to shape and build new business.
- Grow new business through effective communication methods including calling, incoming leads, customer meetings, and emails.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups, qualification, and closing.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
- Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long-term business relationships.
- Provide effective account management to support your customers' technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements.
- Work with sales tools, G-suite services, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and Chrome extensions.
- Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, follow-ups.
- Ensure your database is updated and contains relevant prospect information.
- Manage and achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPI goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies and processes to better achieve revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
- 18 – 24 months experience as an SDR in the SaaS/IT Services space targeting mid-market to enterprise clients.
- Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, and presentation.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Availability to travel to sales events (approximately 20% of work days).
- Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment.
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition.
- Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding sales presence and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a software vendor, SaaS space, or system integrator space is a huge plus.
