Finvari is hiring an Inside Sales Representative-Florida

About the Role

Finvari is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Florida to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence in construction expense management and payments across the US. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales team on all aspects of the sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outreach through various channels—including trade shows, calls, emails, and social media—to generate leads and create sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting Finvari's product or service offerings.
  • Work with small to medium sized construction companies within a defined territory.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to provide regular updates on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback.
  • Communicate accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Effectively execute sales plans, events, and campaigns.
  • Be responsible for meeting required sales and revenue targets.
  • Build a professional network to establish a strong pipeline of business prospects.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience selling to or managing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, moral ethics, and self-discipline.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Florida.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Construction industry knowledge and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of payments and construction ERPs.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
