Beyond Finance is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to guide clients toward financial freedom by assessing their unique financial situations and providing tailored debt consolidation options. This role involves no cold calling, as all prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions, allowing you to focus on compassionate, individualized care.
What You'll Do
- Assess a customer’s financial situation and guide them toward the option that best resolves their challenges.
- Quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is required.
- A motivated individual who enjoys exceeding quotas and working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Financial Services experience is a plus.
