ScaleSource is hiring an Inside Sales & Marketing Associate to manage inbound opportunities and support pipeline progression for our fast-growing U.S. client companies. In this role, you will be a long-term contributor to company growth, helping to qualify leads, manage relationships, and execute marketing support.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming inquiries and inbound email conversations.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls.
- Schedule and run sales demos.
- Follow up consistently after demos.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene using Zoho or similar platforms.
- Track deal stages and next steps.
- Support revenue forecasting through clean data.
- Support LinkedIn and social engagement efforts.
- Assist with blogs, podcasts, and content execution.
- Prepare marketing materials.
- Support event discovery, registration, and preparation.
- Manage authorized brand vendor applications.
- Research and analyze brands and companies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in inbound sales or sales-related roles.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience conducting sales demos.
- 1 to 3+ years of CRM management experience (Zoho or similar).
- Strong phone presence and articulation.
- Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently.
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Professional and quiet remote work setup (PC) with reliable high-speed internet.
- Strong Zoom presence and polished communication skills.
- Ability to balance client interactions with administrative responsibilities.
- Submission of an introductory video is required as part of the hiring process.
