HIAB USA is hiring an Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

HIAB USA is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to generate sales and manage customer relationships for our best-in-class load handling equipment. You will be responsible for developing the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, executing from initial contact through closing, and achieving monthly sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Execute cold and warm calls, manage the sales process, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, dealers, and partners through quoting, follow-up, and general outreach.
  • Coordinate with AR, Tax, Finance, and RDC teams to ensure seamless order flow and high customer service levels.
  • Use the CRM to document all sales activities, opportunities, and order processes.
  • Promote parts and accessory campaigns and special offers.
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives as defined by management.

What We're Looking For

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience in the transportation industry or with heavy/industrial equipment, specifically in parts or service sales.
  • Mechanical aptitude related to product and parts knowledge.
  • Proven ability to execute the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Ability to develop and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Willingness to travel, estimated at <5%.
