NTT Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales Client Manager to manage and expand customer relationships across Germany. You will ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle and drive sales growth for NTT's solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring consistent satisfaction.
- Act as the link between customers and sales, technical experts, and internal interfaces to ensure a positive purchase process.
- Expand, maintain, and manage customer relationships through phone, email, and video conferences.
- Manage and increase revenue across all solution areas for assigned customers.
- Use NTT's sales tools and methodology, including Salesforce.com, to manage customers, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar sales or account management environment.
- German language skills at native speaker level.
- English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Sales management knowledge with an understanding of business, procurement, and technology markets.
- Analytical thinking and business acumen.
- A passionate, proactive, and independent mindset with a will to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
