About the Role

Univar Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager II to grow our business in the chemical distribution industry. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding business with new and existing customers. You'll leverage digital tools, technical expertise, and our global network to match customer needs with our extensive product portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Find new opportunities with existing and qualified customers, win new business, and grow the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, and safe, innovative solutions.
  • Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory, including winning back lost customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within a B2B sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-directed, outcome-focused, takes initiative, acts decisively, and consistently delivers results.
  • A good listener who is curious, with a passion for learning about customers’ needs, solving problems, and winning business.
  • Ability to plan and prepare to conduct effective virtual sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
