Progress is looking for an Inside Account Manager to support our sales team in the CEE region. In this role, you will ensure seamless communication with customers and partners, actively participate in renewal processes, and maintain accurate CRM information. You will be a key collaborator with sales representatives in managing renewal activities.
What You'll Do
- Participate in selling the company’s products and services within the CEE region by preparing price quotes, communicating with customers and partners, and assisting account managers with sales materials.
- Ensure preparation and processing of parts of the renewal pipeline, monitor upcoming license expirations, and communicate with customers about renewal options.
- Support the development of the partner network and maintain relationships with existing partners, including assisting in identifying new partners and providing product and pricing information.
- Provide consultations on products, licensing, and technical questions, responding to customer requests via email and phone and relaying feedback to internal teams.
- Monitor product line updates, technology trends, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce and prepare regular overviews of activities, results, and sales opportunity development.
- Cooperate with marketing, technical support, finance, and other internal teams, actively participating in team meetings and sharing market findings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer support, or partner management.
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Strong planning, organizational, and task‑completion skills with attention to detail.
- English at a communicative level, minimum B2.
- Czech or Slovak at a communicative level.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the IT or SaaS segment.
- Experience with renewals and licensing models.
- Knowledge of channel sales.
- Knowledge of Bulgarian or Polish.
