Banorte is hiring an Innovation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, documentation, and execution of projects, tackling daily challenges related to process analysis and the implementation of technological solutions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and document functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement understanding sessions.
- Analyze, develop, and/or update processes.
- Build process diagrams.
- Interpret processes into technological solutions.
- Interact with Architecture, Development, and QA teams.
- Develop and configure requirements.
- Review test scenarios.
- Support users in UAT testing when required for project release.
- Report daily and monthly activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (completed, preferably with professional certification).
- 2 years of experience in related activities (indispensable).
- Experience in Process Logic (mandatory).
- Experience as a business/functional analyst (mandatory).
- Experience in project management and lifecycle (mandatory).
- Knowledge of the BPMN standard (AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams).
- Experience with SOAP services (mandatory).
- Basic English proficiency.
- No availability for travel required.
- No availability for relocation required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of WEB Services.
- Knowledge of SOAP UI.
- Experience and/or knowledge in development.
- Knowledge of Bizagi, Visio, Project, and programming tools.
