Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in target markets
- Manage relationships with distributors and original equipment manufacturers
- Present product solutions to technical and procurement teams
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to support customer trials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Conduct on-site customer visits and product demonstrations
- Support distributor training and technical education
- Coordinate pricing and quoting with sales operations
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product development teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Develop account plans for strategic customers
- Resolve customer service issues in coordination with support teams
- Promote product advantages over competitive offerings
- Track inventory levels at key distribution partners
- Align sales strategies with regional marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies
- Use technical data to support product recommendations
- Support new product launches in the territory
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
