About the Role

The role involves driving sales growth for industrial bonding products by engaging with customers, distributors, and engineering teams to identify application needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in target markets
  • Manage relationships with distributors and original equipment manufacturers
  • Present product solutions to technical and procurement teams
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to support customer trials
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and product demonstrations
  • Support distributor training and technical education
  • Coordinate pricing and quoting with sales operations
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product development teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events
  • Develop account plans for strategic customers
  • Resolve customer service issues in coordination with support teams

  • Align sales strategies with regional marketing initiatives
