Own the entire sales journey from first contact to close, managing both inbound leads and proactive outreach. You’ll engage prospects through video calls, email, and phone, quickly identifying their needs and guiding them toward effective solutions. Your ability to build trust and handle objections will be key to converting interest into results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound leads from initial touchpoint to closed deal, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-up
- Conduct Zoom meetings to qualify prospects, understand pain points, and position solutions effectively
- Run outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and phone to identify and engage new business opportunities
- Keep your pipeline organized and actively advance stalled deals with creative outreach
- Refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences based on real-world performance
- Help shape foundational sales playbooks, tools, and processes in an evolving environment
- Book qualified meetings, close smaller deals directly, and transition larger opportunities smoothly
- Provide honest feedback on what’s working and where improvements are needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales roles with experience in inbound, outbound, or full-cycle selling
- Strong English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to connect with US-based customers
- Experience managing deals from early contact to close, using phone, email, and video
- A results-focused mindset with persistence and discipline in follow-up and pipeline management
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable adapting to change and helping build systems from the ground up
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and common sales enablement tools
