What You'll Do
Take ownership of inbound leads from first contact to final close, guiding prospects through each stage of the buying journey. You’ll conduct video meetings, uncover customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions to drive decisions.
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to incoming interest, maintaining consistent follow-up while keeping your pipeline organized and accurate. When deals slow down, you’ll find creative ways to re-engage and move them forward.
Go beyond inbound activity by proactively reaching out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and experimental outreach methods. Your goal is to generate qualified opportunities and book meaningful meetings—whether you close them yourself or pass larger deals to the right team.
Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences based on real-world results. Help shape foundational sales playbooks, tools, and processes, and provide honest feedback on what’s working and what needs to change.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, or full-cycle roles
- Strong command of English with the ability to build trust, handle pushback, and communicate clearly with U.S. customers
- Experience managing sales conversations across video calls, email, and phone
- Ability to track, manage, and close deals with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Reliable follow-up habits and a disciplined approach to pipeline hygiene
- Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, or cold calling
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools
