About the Role

Loopio Inc. is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role in filling the sales funnel. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and will be responsible for qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospects that sign up for a demo, request a call, or download content through the Loopio website
  • Become a Loopio expert and answer any questions prospects may have about the product
  • Qualify sales leads by conducting discovery calls with prospects
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives to demo Loopio
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize internal sales processes
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to establish ways to improve inbound sales strategy
  • Follow up and nurture prospects until they are ready to engage with Account Executives

What We're Looking For

  • 1 year of professional working experience
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in SaaS sales
  • Engage with prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs and get them excited about the Loopio platform
  • Qualify sales leads by conducting high-level conversations with executives
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Work internally with Account Executives to ensure proper quality and quantity of Loopio demonstrations
  • Self-aware individual who is eager to contribute feedback and ideas
  • Naturally curious; you love learning and improving yourself

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce (CRM) experience a plus
