As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a central role in bringing innovative health technology to clinics nationwide. Your primary responsibility is to lead the full lifecycle of onboarding, from initial setup to post-launch support, ensuring each clinic successfully adopts and integrates the platform into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clinic partners, guiding them through every stage of implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams to transfer and structure existing clinic data according to platform requirements
- Configure EMR and CRM systems to meet clinic-specific workflows and reporting needs
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed of milestones and dependencies
- Coordinate between internal departments—including engineering, training, and support—to ensure alignment
- Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Design and deliver training sessions and educational materials for clinical staff
- Monitor system usage after launch and support sustained adoption through responsive follow-up
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience in healthcare software implementation, onboarding, or project coordination
- Direct experience working with EMR and CRM systems in clinical environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and clarity
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to technical workflows
- Comfort with data migration tools, digital platforms, and workflow automation
- Clear, patient communication style when working with non-technical users

Work Environment
This is a remote-first role with the expectation that you reside within one hour of a major U.S. airport. You will travel to clinics across the country—up to 50% of the time—with all travel expenses covered.
