Adoreal is hiring an Implementation Specialist - Health-tech (US)

As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a central role in bringing innovative health technology to clinics nationwide. Your primary responsibility is to lead the full lifecycle of onboarding, from initial setup to post-launch support, ensuring each clinic successfully adopts and integrates the platform into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clinic partners, guiding them through every stage of implementation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to transfer and structure existing clinic data according to platform requirements
  • Configure EMR and CRM systems to meet clinic-specific workflows and reporting needs
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed of milestones and dependencies
  • Coordinate between internal departments—including engineering, training, and support—to ensure alignment
  • Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
  • Design and deliver training sessions and educational materials for clinical staff
  • Monitor system usage after launch and support sustained adoption through responsive follow-up

What You Bring

  • At least three years of experience in healthcare software implementation, onboarding, or project coordination
  • Direct experience working with EMR and CRM systems in clinical environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and clarity
  • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to technical workflows
  • Comfort with data migration tools, digital platforms, and workflow automation
  • Clear, patient communication style when working with non-technical users
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement

Work Environment

This is a remote-first role with the expectation that you reside within one hour of a major U.S. airport. You will travel to clinics across the country—up to 50% of the time—with all travel expenses covered. The organization values adaptability, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is committed to reshaping how healthcare technology is deployed and used.
