The Business Administrator plays a central role in managing customer interactions and operational coordination during a critical phase of digital transformation. Initially focused on supporting the Belfast site's transition to SAP, the position evolves from a customer service foundation into a cross-functional role bridging Operations, Quality, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing, including issuing confirmations and communicating changes
- Coordinate delivery schedules with Operations to ensure on-time and complete fulfilment
- Collaborate with Stock Control on inventory levels and expected lead times
- Work with Customs to address trade compliance and tariff requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation by aligning with Quality and Operations teams
- Plan transport logistics, including payload capacity and delivery constraints
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve planning efficiency
- Support the SAP rollout by applying insights gained from the Dublin site implementation
