Role Overview
As a Content Migration Assistant, you'll play a key part in transferring website content accurately and efficiently while preserving design quality and user experience. Your work will help ensure that content moves smoothly between systems with minimal disruption, supporting both short-term projects and potential long-term assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer and adapt content between platforms, assessing risks and downstream effects
- Conduct thorough audits of existing content to detect inaccuracies and opportunities for enhancement
- Prepare and clean content for migration, ensuring compatibility and consistency
- Verify content accuracy before and after transfer to confirm completeness
- Structure website navigation and organize page layouts for optimal flow
- Follow state-specific regulations and meet ADA accessibility standards
- Keep detailed records of migration tasks and project workflows
- Maintain and update weekly shift schedules
- Stay current with CMS platform updates and apply industry best practices
- Perform post-migration reviews to validate content placement and integrity
Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience in content or data migration
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Personal laptop or desktop meeting these minimum specs: Intel Core i5 or higher processor, 8GB RAM or more
- Stable internet connection with at least 6 Mbps download and upload speeds
- Quiet, private workspace at home free from distractions
- Valid NBI clearance
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position operating within the Manila time zone. Schedules are flexible and may include either a 9 PM to 6 AM or an 8 AM to 5 PM shift. You’ll collaborate with a multicultural team while enjoying an eco-conscious, commute-free work lifestyle.
Compensation & Growth
The base pay is PHP 103.45 per hour (approximately PHP 18,000 monthly), with an additional PHP 6,000 performance-based bonus. There are opportunities for professional development, diverse project exposure, and extended engagement. No formal dress code applies unless meetings are scheduled.
