Shopmonkey is looking for an Implementation Manager to serve as the main point of contact guiding automotive repair shops through their onboarding journey. You'll deliver top-tier service and support while coordinating with internal departments to ensure a successful start for every new customer.

What You'll Do

Act as the primary contact point during a customer's implementation process.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support across all product areas.
Assist in training customers to ensure a successful start to their journey.
Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments.
Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers grow their business.
Learn the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry in depth.

Nice to Have

Related educational background (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 + equity.
