Shopmonkey is looking for an Implementation Manager to serve as the main point of contact guiding automotive repair shops through their onboarding journey. You'll deliver top-tier service and support while coordinating with internal departments to ensure a successful start for every new customer.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact point during a customer's implementation process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support across all product areas.
- Assist in training customers to ensure a successful start to their journey.
- Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments.
- Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers grow their business.
- Learn the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry in depth.

Nice to Have
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience or strong automotive industry knowledge.
- Related educational background (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 + equity.
