Adyen is looking for an Implementation Engineer - Intapp to ensure client satisfaction through successful installation and integration of Intapp solutions within legal environments. You'll apply advanced technical knowledge to participate in complex projects while modeling best practices as a subject matter expert.

What You'll Do

Assess client needs and install industry-standard legal systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
Provide leadership to all members of the implementation team.
Act as the escalation point for complex situations and create effective solutions.
Serve as the go-to resource for go-live off-hours help and general technical hurdles.
Perform upgrades to production systems as needed.
Migrate on-premises solutions to the Cloud using REST service via third-party tools.
Write reports to review historical data using SQL and/or cloud-based reporting solutions.
Own the end-to-end implementation of software products and services, including project scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, and support.
Own the client communication process and set client expectations on a project basis.
Assist with product rollouts by ensuring end users are properly trained.
Provide design and architecture expertise for delivering client integrations.
Understand, develop, and implement integrations with various systems including Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, flat files, XML files, and APIs.
Provision Dell Boomi ATOMS and troubleshoot on-prem resource access.
Deliver new integrations as both a technical configuration resource and a functional resource working closely with client teams.
Perform maintenance activities for client integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Be responsible for the overall integration strategy and rationalization of integrations.
Populate cloud-hosted systems using REST services.
Work closely with clients to roll out new software solutions containing their data.
Review and resolve complex technical support requests as needed.
Consistently maintain 80-90% of time spent on client-billable projects.

What We're Looking For

A four-year degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
At least 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role within a legal services or law firm environment.
Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries with a solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization.
Expert proficiency with the Microsoft SQL scripting language.
Competence in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality.

Nice to Have

Expert proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and Parquet.
Expert proficiency in IIS and SSL.
Experience with ETL concepts and understanding how ETL/Data Warehousing integrations differ from bi-directional sync style integrations.
Experience using the Sisense reporting tool.
Experience with Legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, or iManage.
An advanced level of knowledge in legal operations and technical fields.
Experience with Dell Boomi.
Experience using Microsoft ADF and with ADF object types: Pipeline, Dataset, DataFlow, Linked Service, Integration Runtimes.
Experience leveraging Microsoft Data Factory to export data between systems and keeping systems in sync using its tools.
Experience with Azure Data Factory.
Experience using KeyVault, Azure Storage (Blob & ADLSg2), Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Git (preferred) or TFVC.
Experience with Azure Functions and connecting Azure services using Managed Identities.
