Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of licensed software and its functionalities to guide clients with informed best practice advice.
- Lead efforts that promote client advancement and align with their strategic goals.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including system integrations and coordination between clients and internal departments.
- Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders during deployment to maintain clear expectations and responsive support.
- Coordinate tasks to optimize efficiency and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Anticipate potential challenges and take initiative to resolve them before escalation.
- Apply SQL, Python, and scripting expertise to assist with data analysis, automation, and system configuration during implementation.
