MeridianLink is hiring an Implementation Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of client software implementations. In this role, you will provide project management and configuration services, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

What You'll Do

Develop a thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software to educate clients and provide best practice recommendations.
Drive client innovation and lead initiatives that support clients’ goals and objectives.
Manage client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations.
Oversee internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the deployment cycle.
Organize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure project resources meet expected timelines.
Proactively identify issues and facilitate resolutions before they escalate.
Utilize SQL, Python, and scripting skills to support data analysis, automation, and configuration tasks.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems.
Experience with SQL for data querying and reporting.
Experience with Python for automation and data manipulation.
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for system configuration and integration.
Team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective presentation skills with comfort speaking to groups remotely.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
