GE HealthCare is looking for an Imaging Digital Solutions - Sales Specialist to lead SaaS sales for radiology software in the Northeast region. This customer-facing role is responsible for strategizing, forecasting, and executing sales for our Imaging Digital Solutions portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Directly own orders and sales commitments for Imaging Digital Solutions throughout the assigned Region.
- Lead account strategy and collaboration for the portfolio, including forecasting and managing customer experience.
- Execute an education plan for local sales teams on value propositions, SaaS benefits, and client outcomes.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the sales territory and track market trends.
- Maintain awareness of competition and position GE's differentiators.
- Demonstrate technical and analytical thinking for data-driven decision making.
- Understand and lead pricing strategy for profitability.
- Use creative and process-oriented thinking to propose solutions outside of set parameters.
- Prioritize information for effective decision-making and time management.
- Exemplify resourcefulness by using multiple sources to improve team strategy.
- Influence a collaborative and positive culture through clear communication, action plans, and accurate forecasting.
- Lead small projects to improve business outcomes and gain business expertise.
- Handle internal and external sensitive issues to maintain the best customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of sales experience).
- Sales experience (or completion of the GE Leadership Program) is required.

Nice to Have
- SaaS sales experience is preferred.
Team & Environment
You will work with local Imaging Account Managers and cross-functional teams. This role is part of a five-Region US structure, each made up of three to four Markets, and reports to a Modality General Manager.

- Annual compensation range: $129,600.00 - $194,400.00

This role operates in a local-country work mode within the Northeast Region, covering ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, and portions of PA.
