SunSource is looking for a IL- Field Sales Representative to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of fluid control, filtration, and handling solutions to industrial customers. You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts in the territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Chicago territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive sales of fluid control, filtration, and material handling products and systems
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Provide technical sales support and product expertise to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial distribution or fluid power
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
