Concentrix is seeking a İş Analisti (Business Analyst) to join our team. In this remote role, you will design and document new end-to-end processes based on internal and external customer demands. You will perform project analysis, collaborate closely with the software development team, and track developments after they go live.

What You'll Do

Design and document new end-to-end processes based on demands from internal and external customers.
Perform scope, benefit, and risk analyses for projects, share them with relevant units, and obtain approval.
Deliver prepared projects to the software team, test outputs, and provide approval for go-live.
Track live developments, analyze issues and additional requests, and create necessary requirements.
Analyze existing processes, prepare improvement requests, and complete missing documentation.
Verify data accuracy.
Prepare process maps, project plans, analysis documents, workflow charts, and other relevant documentation.

What We're Looking For

Graduate from a relevant university department such as Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
Proficient in using MS Office programs.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
Able to perform root cause analysis, identify continuous improvement areas, and generate solutions.
Customer-focused with strong negotiation, persuasion, and written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, capable of planning and executing test processes.
Habitual in regular reporting and values documentation.
For male candidates, must have completed military service or have at least 2 years of deferment.

Nice to Have

At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Process Development, or Software Testing, preferably in the Telecommunications sector.
Experience working with MS Visio, UML, and MS Project programs is preferred.
