624 MICHELIN ROH CO LTD is looking for an Internal Controller to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Group's internal control system within their scope. In this role, you will be responsible for rolling out Group guidelines, managing risks, driving process improvement, and providing support to operational teams.

What You'll Do

Ensure the Group’s Internal Control guidelines are rolled out and implemented.
Constantly ensure the system is adequately organized to manage risks within the scope of responsibility.
Drive result improvement by leading process enhancement through continuous improvement and operational support.
Animate the progress and the operational excellence approach.
Support the operational teams to guarantee performance through diagnostic, expertise, recommendations, action plans, and training.
Implement the internal control system to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
Work with operational teams to help them understand risks and control requirements.
Support operational teams in designing corrective actions for non-conforming items and follow-up.
Analyze internal control results.
Ensure timeline and quality of data (mapping, self-assessment, tests) for the internal control process.
Ensure results (mapping, self-assessment, tests) are auditable by internal or external auditors.
Identify further improvement areas and support operational teams.

What We're Looking For

Educational background in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in Internal Control or Business Controller roles.
Proven capacity to collaborate across teams from different domains.

Proven capacity to communicate well with various stakeholders.

Experience in external audit.

Team & Environment

Works closely with operational managers in different activities (industrial, commercial, supporting functions), local management teams, and internal controllers in the regional and Group network.
