Responsibilities
- Define the framework and key components of the SAP MRP system architecture.
- Contribute to shaping long-term business strategies for Material Requirements Planning.
- Support rollout of the SAP S/4HANA MRP solution in alignment with operational needs.
- Lead configuration and implementation of MRP solutions, integrating with systems such as PLM, MES, APO, and Kinaxis.
- Adjust MRP settings like lead times, safety stock, and time fences to support production models including make-to-stock and make-to-order.
- Engage in system design, architecture planning, process optimization, and clear communication of technical specifications.
- Collaborate with departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to refine core operational workflows.
- Enhance system setups and business processes in response to changing demands and industry standards.
- Perform hands-on tasks including coding, system upkeep, technical support, documentation, and administration for SAP MRP tools.
- Create approaches to resolve advanced technical issues.
- Offer functional and technical guidance to ensure MRP systems are aligned with business goals, stable, and scalable.
- Ensure project success by applying change management techniques to drive adoption.
- Promote innovation and lead organizational change initiatives.
- Lead efforts to increase system efficiency, consistency, and dependability.
- Maintain production-level SAP applications to meet defined service performance levels.
