About the Role

Behavioral Health Works is looking for a Hybrid BCBA Clinical Manager to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will lead clinical supervision, manage assigned cases, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, personalized ABA therapy.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors.
  • Manage and guide assigned cases to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain an average of 5 billable clinical hours per day.
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians, with a minimum of 5% for RBTs.
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly and conduct FBAs as assigned.
  • Guide behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment and behavior plans.
  • Establish and monitor program goals, protocols, and measurement systems.
  • Supervise and educate parents, adjusting treatment plans based on authorized hours.
  • Address client, family, and staff issues promptly and escalate as needed.
  • Write and submit progress reports on time to the Clinical Director.
  • Document clinical time and session notes in CentralReach, ensuring compliance.
  • Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) to support BT retention.
  • Maintain timely communication with staff and respond to concerns.
  • Stay current with research and best practices, sharing findings with the team.
  • Conduct monthly client visits and ensure all oversight requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and technicians, approve program changes, and offer solutions.
  • Review and sign off on progress reports to ensure professionalism and timeliness.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status per state regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the company’s mission and vision to the community.

Nice to Have

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • A minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician and/or Case Supervisor implementing ABA treatment plans.
