LinkedIn is seeking a Hybrid Account Director to join our team in London. In this full-cycle sales role, you will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing client relationships with a focus on the UK Government and Not for Profit sectors. The role operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, much like a start-up, and requires building value for these key organisations.
What You'll Do
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and new customer relationships to drive revenue growth, both over the phone and in-person.
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build a healthy sales pipeline and increase market share.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Act as a brand evangelist for LinkedIn Talent Solutions to improve market awareness.
- Consistently close new business at or above quota.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales partners.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a hybrid sales role, managing existing clients and acquiring new business.
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in a complex sales environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess business opportunities, use data to inform decisions, and persuade others.
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
- Experience in Education, e-Learning, software, IT, or recruiting solutions sales.
- Experience working with clients in the not-for-profit sector or local governments.
