Great Eastern is looking for an Assistant Agency Director to play a key role in driving agency performance and growth. You will provide continuous support to assigned agencies, helping them optimize productivity and achieve their production and recruitment goals.

What You'll Do

Optimize agency sales momentum through continuous support to achieve production targets and recruitment goals within your assigned portfolio.
Organize high-impact events and activities, both virtually and physically, to build recruitment momentum among assigned agencies.
Plan and execute product-based customized training and programs to enhance agency awareness of the latest product developments.
Monitor the performance of agencies across several ranks, building rapport to work closely for better production in solid business.
Identify challenges and support required by your assigned agencies, collaborating accordingly to ensure desired results are achieved.
Organize ad-hoc events or special activities to boost agency performance in terms of production and recruitment.

What We're Looking For

A recognized degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Investment, Economics, or any business-related studies.
Excellence in interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to ensure fast rapport building with agencies.
High level of integrity, accountability for your work, and a good attitude toward teamwork.
Initiative to improve the current state of things and adaptability to embrace new changes.
