About the Role

Stone is looking for a Hunter Commercial Executive for Key Accounts to become the main strategic partner for the most influential entrepreneurs in the region. You will conduct deep business diagnostics to design and implement growth strategies, connecting clients to our ecosystem of finance, software, and management solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Assemble and present proposals tailored to each client's specific needs.
  • Manage the portfolio of the region's main key accounts.
  • Maintain a continuous and excellent post-sale relationship with clients.
  • Analyze competition and market trends.
  • Participate in daily morning meetings to outline plans, goals, and share learnings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience with B2B consultative sales, focusing on large account (Key Accounts) management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to build and present value propositions to executives.
  • A results-oriented approach to your work.
  • Strong focus on planning and organization.
  • Availability to work on-site.
  • Knowledge of CRM and PowerPoint.
  • A completed high school diploma.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of our Ecosystem: Experience in the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software.
  • Completed higher education or currently pursuing a degree.
