Stone is seeking an Executive Commercial Hunter for Large Accounts to position yourself as the primary strategic partner for the most influential entrepreneurs in the region. You will perform deep diagnostics of their businesses to design and implement growth strategies, connecting them to a leading-edge ecosystem of finance, software, and management solutions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build and present tailored proposals according to each client's specific needs.
- Manage the portfolio of key clients in the region.
- Maintain continuous, excellent post-sale relationships.
- Analyze competition and market trends.
- Participate in daily morning meetings to define plans, goals, and share learnings.
- Deliver excellent service to our clients.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on managing large accounts (Key Accounts).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and present value propositions to executives.
- Results-oriented performance.
- Focus on planning and organization.
- Availability to work onsite.
- Knowledge of CRM and PowerPoint.
- Completed high school education.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of our Ecosystem: Experience in the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software.
