First American is hiring a Human Resources Project Manager - Change Management to lead multiple HR projects and develop our change management practice. As a leader on our team, you will partner with stakeholders across HR and cross-functional groups to drive successful project outcomes and build a more agile organization.
What You'll Do
- Independently oversee multiple medium to large scale complex projects.
- Create project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, and budgets.
- Conduct risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration.
- Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports.
- Identify appropriate resources needed and coordinate schedules.
- Monitor project budgets including cost estimates and forecasting.
- Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.
- Prepare project status reports and keep stakeholders informed.
- Work closely with end users to understand and prioritize business goals.
- Develop a change management framework and toolkit.
- May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of project management experience, including managing projects with HR as the customer.
- 3+ years of experience leading change management activities.
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of experience working within human resources.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- CCMP, Prosci, or other change management certification.
Team & Environment
Works independently setting own priorities and objectives. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually.
