HSO International is looking for a Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. This role requires an immediate start in the UK and focuses on building and maintaining enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to drive business efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and design Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps aligned with business requirements.
- Create custom workflows and automate processes using Power Automate.
- Design and develop power portal pages and custom pages.
- Design, implement, and manage data models within Dataverse.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine solution requirements.
- Implement Solution Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts for versioning and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, business analysts, and administrators.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
- Utilize Power Apps pipelines for automated deployment and CI/CD.
- Implement JavaScript and Plugins to extend application functionality.
- Optionally, integrate Dual Write functionality with Dynamics 365 applications.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 to 6 years of proven hands-on experience in CE configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms, and views.
- Proficiency in creating Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Portals.
- Experience designing and automating workflows with Power Automate using various data connectors.
- Solid understanding of data modelling and experience with Dataverse configuration.
- Experience with Azure Stack – Azure Functions, Storage, and basic SQL.
- Understanding of OOPS Concepts and REST/Open API mechanisms including authentication and authorization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, able to work independently with less supervision, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Solution ALM processes and version control.
- Knowledge of Power Apps pipelines for automated deployment and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and developing Plugins.
- Experience with Dual Write integrations between Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
- Experience in Power BI and Power Virtual Agent.
