Love's Travel Stops is hiring an HRIS and People Analytics Manager to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and leverage analytics for strategic decision-making. You'll combine technical expertise with a business-focused approach to ensure efficient HR operations and deliver actionable workforce insights.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
- Design, implement, and optimize people analytics dashboards and reports to support HR and business objectives.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify, define, and track key workforce metrics and trends.
- Lead HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Train and support HR staff and end-users on HRIS best practices and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless HR technology operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, analytics methodologies, and system configurations.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of HR data in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical design, including data modeling, visualization, and interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, and HRIS reporting modules.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
