Topgolf Payroll Services is hiring a HRIS Manager

About the Role

Topgolf Payroll Services is looking for a strategic, hands-on HRIS Manager responsible for maximizing the value of Workday across our entire HR ecosystem. You will be the operational leader overseeing daily platform operations, system configuration, integrations, security, and enhancement roadmaps, partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll.

What You'll Do

  • Execute the HRIS roadmap aligned with HR and organizational strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Workday to drive efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
  • Oversee configuration, optimization, testing, deployment, and daily operations of Workday.
  • Lead Workday releases, enhancements, and feature adoption in partnership with internal teams.
  • Design and manage Workday security roles, domain policies, and business process security.
  • Implement least-privilege models, SoD controls, and ensure IAM alignment (SSO, MFA, API security).
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and access reviews to ensure compliance and system integrity.
  • Lead complex configurations including BPF, calculated fields, dashboards, custom reports, and integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
  • Ensure scalable, reliable integrations with third-party vendors.
  • Protect data accuracy, security, and governance across all HR systems.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics that enable self-service and data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline business processes.
  • Reduce manual effort and optimize workflows using Workday capabilities.
  • Lead and develop HRIS analysts and technical resources.
  • Manage relationships with Workday and third-party vendors.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of HRIS experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across HCM, Security, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Time/Absence, and Talent.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, data structures, reporting, and workflows.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and release cycles.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Workday Pro certifications or advanced training.
  • Global or multi-entity experience.
