About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the HRIS platform, providing technical and analytical support to the HR department, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards through accurate recordkeeping and system management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR information systems with employee data
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits of HR records
- Support HR team with system-generated reports and analytics
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes within the HRIS
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HR software platforms
- Collaborate with IT to implement system upgrades and integrations
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for HR and leadership teams
- Participate in testing new HRIS features and functionality
- Help maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS tools
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Assist in annual audits, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Document HRIS processes and update internal knowledge resources
- Work with vendors on system maintenance and support issues
- Support migration of legacy data during system transitions
- Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows
- Maintain user access controls and security permissions
- Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure data accuracy
- Track key HR metrics using system data
- Assist in change management initiatives related to HR technology
