ThinkingIT Corp. is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to own, optimize, and integrate our HR and people systems on a global scale. You will be the point person for digital transformation, working to improve efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and enhance the user experience for teams across the company.
What You'll Do
- Lead system improvements and digital transformation initiatives across HR, payroll, and workforce tools.
- Administer HR, payroll, ATS, and workforce management systems with a focus on optimization and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accurate reporting across all systems.
- Configure workflows, permissions, and integrations to improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and Finance teams on system usage.
- Evaluate new tools, features, and integrations to recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain process documentation and system guides.
- Coordinate with vendors for support, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience administering or optimizing HR systems.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, or workforce management tools.
- Experience leading system improvements or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and workflows.
- Comfortable with integrations, automation, and process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
