Yazaki is hiring an HR Specialist to join the team at our Zagreb plant. In this Labor Relations & HR Administration role, you'll be central to ensuring legal compliance, data protection, and the smooth operation of HR processes within an international manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle all HR administration and maintain accurate HR and payroll data
- Prepare employment contracts, manage internal HR documentation, and ensure local legal compliance
- Collaborate with external payroll, tax, and legal partners
- Work on topics related to Data protection, compliance, audits, sensitive documentation, and expatriate/inpatriate support
- Maintain HR systems and execute HR processes through those systems
- Work with HR data, reporting, and metrics in line with internal standards
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of relevant HR experience in a similar area
- Hands-on experience with HR tools and systems, including HR data management, reporting, and system-based process execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, related economic/law social sciences
- Previous work experience in an international work environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
