NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst to enhance workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, and manage costs. In this role, you will be responsible for the design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

- Interact with peers within Accenture and potentially with clients and/or Accenture management.
- Make decisions that impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
- Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
