Role Overview
This position plays a key part in maintaining efficient HR service delivery across the organization. The successful candidate will manage employee inquiries, support HR operations, and ensure accurate recordkeeping within established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR-related questions from employees and managers in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update personnel data across HR systems to ensure completeness and compliance
- Support HR projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, and policy implementation
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and service enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of HR standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR operations or service delivery role
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data management best practices
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
