Lead end-to-end project management within HR, focusing on M&A integrations and global expansion efforts. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution while tracking deliverables, risks, and resource needs to ensure timely outcomes across diverse regions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and performance tracking, while maintaining detailed logs for risks, issues, and actions.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to align priorities and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives during periods of change.
- Engage external partners when necessary to leverage tools and services that enhance project effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce complexity, increase automation, and elevate the experience for employees and internal clients.
- Support the evolution of HR project capabilities through training, documentation, and sharing of best practices.
- Monitor data integrity and key activities across HR functions during integration and expansion projects to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Take initiative to refine project methodologies, tools, and reporting standards to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within HR or people-focused operations
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
- Proven skill in written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational adaptability
- Willingness to travel as project needs arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR Business Partner experience or direct involvement in M&A integration
- Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP)
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Background leading global HR initiatives or transformation projects
- Experience in core HR functions including Compensation, Benefits, Stock, or HR Services
