What You'll Do
Drive large-scale technical programs from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will coordinate distributed teams across engineering disciplines, maintaining clear ownership of scope, timelines, and deliverables for EXOS-based platforms. Establish integrated project plans that define milestones, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, test, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and high product integrity. Proactively identify interdependencies, resolve blockers, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum. Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions transparently to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Define and track performance metrics to evaluate team productivity and refine development workflows. Apply deep technical insight to validate system designs, uphold engineering standards, and ensure final solutions meet functional and scalability requirements—even under aggressive timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years in technical program or project management within engineering environments
- Strong grasp of hardware engineering principles, including high-speed signaling, power design, CPU architectures, Ethernet switching, multi-layer PCBs, and high pin-count BGA packages
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and NPI processes
- Experience managing development through ODM/JDM partners and familiarity with manufacturing methods for complex electronics
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to mediate conflict and influence across levels
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving settings
- Ability to distill technical complexity into clear requirements and drive execution under pressure
- Demonstrated success engaging users, engineers, and executives to define system requirements and technical specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PgMP certification
- Experience using PowerBI to create and maintain detailed performance reports
