What You'll Do
Drive the planning and execution of complex software programs within the GPU software ecosystem. You'll coordinate across engineering disciplines to develop clear, actionable roadmaps that align with both product goals and team capacity. Ensure timely delivery by identifying dependencies, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining alignment between software development and hardware timelines.
Act as a key decision-maker in prioritizing initiatives, representing team objectives to stakeholders across hardware, release planning, and external partners. You'll continuously assess planning processes, propose improvements, and implement unified systems to enhance team effectiveness. Define and monitor performance metrics to track progress and drive measurable gains in execution efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience managing software product delivery in technical environments
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage urgent deliverables while advancing long-term improvements in planning, workflows, and team capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with system-on-chip (SoC), GPU, or CPU development lifecycles
- Background in software development
- Experience in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing domains
- Proficiency with software productivity tools and automation of development processes
